2026 Year 7 Enrolment Process

Term 2 wk 3  –  May 8th – Year 7 2026 Taster Day – Register your child to attend here:  Year 7 2026 Taster Day Registration

Term 2 wk 3  –  May 8th – Year 7 2026 Information Session and School Tour to follow the Taster Day. Parents and students are all welcome.

Term 2 wk 4  –  May 23rd – Enrolment Applications close

Term 2 wk 4  –  May 21st – Enrolment Interviews commence.

Term 2 wk 9  –  June 27th – Year 7 2026 Student Places Finalised

Before you start

Before you start an application, please ensure that you have the following documents ready:

Required Documents for Enrolment:
  1. Australian Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate, or Passport (for the student)
  2. VISA and Passport (if the student is not an Australian citizen)
  3. Current Family Court Orders (if applicable)
  4. Recent School Reports and External Test Results (for the student)
  5. Proof of Citizenship or Permanent Residency for each parent/carer, which may include:
      • Passport
      • Birth Certificate
      • Citizenship Certificate
      • Permanent Residency Visa Grant Notification
Additional Documents for Enrolment:
  1. Current Medical Reports (e.g., Allergies, Asthma, Diabetes)
  2. Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) History Statement (available via MyGov)
  3. Assessment Reports for Speech, Hearing, Cognitive, or Occupational Therapy (if applicable)
  4. Medicare Card (showing the student listed)
  5. Proof of Payment: Copy of bank transfer receipt for the $45.00 enrolment fee, paid to:
