Primary Campus Location & Facilities

Sathya Sai College is located in Murwillumbah in the Tweed Shire and part of the Bundjalung Nation. The Primary Campus is centrally located in town at Nullum Street opposite the beautiful Knox Park, with easy access to public facilities such as the Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre (TRAC), skate park, adventure playground and a number of sporting fields and courts.   

The township of Murwillumbah has a rich blend of modern culture & arts, farming & agriculture and cultural history. There are ample creative, recreation and sporting opportunities for all ages and regular markets, events and festivals. 

College Hall

This is the original solid brick building which was built by the Uniting Church of Murwillumbah and is the base, around which, our new facilities have been built. The Hall provides for Morning Assembly, college performances, yoga, gym and other creative events. The college Hall is equipped with advanced audio-visual facilities. 

Junior Block

The Northern end of the school grounds features spacious, colourful classrooms for Kindergarten to Year 2. Each classroom is equipped with digital resources including iPads, desktop computers and Interactive Smart Boards. The Junior playground has a beautiful hardwood timber adventure playground, covered and open play space and an undercover eating area.  

Senior Block

At the Southern end of the school is the Year 3 to 6 classrooms. Each classroom is well spaced, hosting a range of technology, classroom resources and a side room. There is a large open grassed play space, adventure playground and undercover eating and play area.  

Sporting Facilities

There is a range of sporting and exercise equipment available for lunchtime play and structured PE and sporting lessons. On regular occasion, external professionals such as Tennis, athletics or dance coaches will visit the school to assist with sport specific coaching.

Library & Resource Centre

 The library features a variety of children’s literature for all ages and abilities. New books are often added and children are given the opportunity to borrow on a weekly basis. This space also offers a number of digital resources including a class set of desktop computers and an Interactive Smart Board.
