Thank you for your interest in enroling your child at Sathya Sai College.
Completing this online application is the first step in the enrolment process. It does not guarantee a position at the school but will enable an interview to take place.
You cannot save your application and come back to it, please ensure you have all of the below documents scanned onto your computer/device.
Enrolment Application Forms will not be processed until proof of payment has been received.
2026 Enrolments for Kindergarten

Enrolment Applications
We are currently accepting enrolment applications for the following:
Kindergarten to Year 6 for 2025
Year 1 to Year 6 for 2024
Please note that enrolments for kindergarten for the year 2024 are now closed.
Before you start
Before you start the application, please ensure that you have the following documents ready:
The student’s Australian Birth or Citizenship Certificate or Passport
The student’s VISA and Passport * (if not an Australian Citizen)
Any current Family Court Orders* (if applicable)
The student’s recent School Reports and external test results
Proof of Citizenship or Permanent Residency for each parent/carer (Passport, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate or Permanent Residency Visa Grant Notification)
The student’s current Medical Reports i.e. Allergies, Asthma, Diabetes.
The student’s current Australian Immunisation Record (AIR) History Statement (available via MyGov)
Any assessment Reports for Speech, Hearing, Cognitive or Occupational Therapy (if applicable)
The Medicare Card the student listed on
A credit or debit card to process the $45 enrolment application fee
You may attach photographs or scanned copies of the required documents to your online application. You will be required to bring the originals or certified copies to an enrolment interview.
This form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all the supporting information at hand. If at any time you have questions regarding the completion of this online application form, please contact the Primary Campus Office.
